Corporate health coaching

Build healthy, happy and productive teams and stronger workplaces with corporate coaching

When your team feels good, they perform better – it’s that simple. As an accredited exercise physiologist, I work with businesses to create tailored health programs that keep your team active, motivated, and feeling their best.

This is not just about fitness – it’s about making your workplace stronger and more resilient so that your employees (and your business) thrive for years to come.

Partnering with an exercise physiologist can support your workplace to:

  • Boost productivity and performance.

  • Reduce sick days, absenteeism and the number of employees showing up unwell (and the associated costs that go with it).

  • Be a happier place to work with motivated and satisfied staff, better relationships amongst teams and high morale.

  • See less staff turnover, which means lower long-term costs and a higher quality performance.

  • Build a reputation as a great place to work that cares about its staff.

  • Empower your employees to take control of their health and wellbeing.

  • Lower compensation costs with fewer and smaller workers' compensation claims.

Engaging webinars to invigorate teams

As your dedicated health coach, I combine health webinars with 1:1 exercise and health coaching for your staff.

Rather than being cut/paste content, my webinars are customised to your organisation’s needs, use the latest science and designed to be fun, practical and interactive.

They can cover topics such as:

  • The way exercise, mental health, nutrition and behaviour change are connected – and how these can impact wellbeing and performance.

  • Easy and effective ways to stay active, no matter how busy life gets.

  • Practical techniques for managing stress and boosting mental resilience.

  • Tips on eating well, meal planning, and understanding the impact of food on overall health and wellbeing.

  • How to set and stick to health goals and make lasting positive changes.

  • Managing your overall wellbeing – from sleep and work-life balance to mindfulness and self-care.

  • Avoiding injury at work through safe lifting and ergonomic spaces and equipment.

1:1 coaching with measurable outcomes

I also support individual staff with 1:1 health coaching and exercise plans. This means I’ll get to know them, their health, history, challenges, goals and lifestyle and design an exercise program to suit them.

This might involve support to get fitter, cope with stress better, eat healthier or even manage chronic health conditions through movement.

I want you to feel confident that this program is making a difference in your workplace, which is why I always provide relevant Outcome Measures showing the improvements.

“Improved a number of aspects of my life”

“Health Coaching was a great initiative our organisation provided and I am very gad to have participated in it. Alex is excellent at her job and I gained a lot out of the program. I feel that I have improved a number of aspects of my life, which is great. I hope it is made available again.”

– Chief Process Engineer

This is about more than balancing the books.

This is about creating workplaces where team members feel supported – mentally and physically – by the people they spend the majority of their daylight hours with.

So that they feel empowered in prioritising their wellbeing, taking control of their health and finding joy in movement.

This mindset doesn’t just benefit the individual – it filters into teams, whole workplaces, families and communities – so that everyone wins.

“On my way to better health”

“Thanks so much for your time and assistance with the Health Coaching program. It was just the kick in the bum I needed to get things started. Your advice was really sound and easy to follow, and breaking it down into small steps definitely made it easier. I am not fully there yet BUT I feel I am on my way to better health and have managed to curb many undesirable habits.”
