Engaging webinars to invigorate teams

As your dedicated health coach, I combine health webinars with 1:1 exercise and health coaching for your staff. 

Rather than being cut/paste content, my webinars are customised to your organisation’s needs, use the latest science and designed to be fun, practical and interactive.

They can cover topics such as:

  • The way exercise, mental health, nutrition and behaviour change are connected – and how these can impact wellbeing and performance.

  • Easy and effective ways to stay active, no matter how busy life gets.

  • Practical techniques for managing stress and boosting mental resilience.

  • Tips on eating well, meal planning, and understanding the impact of food on overall health and wellbeing.

  • How to set and stick to health goals and make lasting positive changes.

  • Managing your overall wellbeing – from sleep and work-life balance to mindfulness and self-care.

  • Avoiding injury at work through safe lifting and ergonomic spaces and equipment.

1:1 coaching with measurable outcomes

I also support individual staff with 1:1 health coaching and exercise plans. This means I’ll get to know them, their health, history, challenges, goals and lifestyle and design an exercise program to suit them. 

This might involve support to get fitter, cope with stress better, eat healthier or even manage chronic health conditions through movement.

I want you to feel confident that this program is making a difference in your workplace, which is why I always provide relevant Outcome Measures showing the improvements.

    My webinars are engaging and interactive, so they are best delivered live, though I’ll also provide a recording for any employees who can’t make it on the day.

    Other bespoke resources such as physical activity planners, meal journals, goal-setting worksheets and daily schedules can also be provided as part of your package.

    1:1 coaching takes place during work hours and each session generally lasts 60 minutes. I’ll get to know your employees and work with them on a personalised exercise plan that takes them closer to their unique health goals.
