Iβm here to make it simple.

Hi, Iβm Alexandra, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in Coffs Harbour.
Like your GP can prescribe medication, I prescribe exercise. It might sound simple, but itβs potent stuff β with the power to improve not just your physical health, but your mental health and confidence too.
Sometimes the hardest part of an exercise plan is sticking to it β and thatβs where my degree in Psychological Science comes in handy. I understand the science behind how we think and act, and create exercise plans that are easier to start and stick to.
This includes knowing itβs easier when you enjoy what youβre doing and know why youβre doing it, which is why I work hard to make sessions fun, feasible and full of easy-to-understand information.

βYour enthusiasm and dedication is infectious.β
βIn the leadup to my initial assessment, I was nervous and didnβt know what to expect, but during the assessment I felt comfortable and couldnβt wait to get into my exercise prescription. It was fantastic β just what I needed.β
